Jason Johnson is the founder of JMJ Fitness. He is a an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer. The American Council on Exercise (ACE), a watchdog for the fitness industry, is the world's largest non-proft fitness certifying organization. He is a former collegiate-level soccer player who has always been a self-professed fitness fanatic. Jason is committed to providing clients with 1 on 1 Personal Training in order to EDUCATE, MOTIVATE, and TRANSFORM their bodies. His foremost goal as a Certified Personal Trainer is to help individuals reach their immediate personal fitness goals, but his ultimate goal is to help you make exercise and nutrition a permanent part of your lifestyle.CREDENTIALS:

JMJ FITNESS believes that resistance training is the most efficient method of exercise for reshaping your body and burning excess fat. In order to raise your metabolism and burn more fat you must increase lean muscle. Lean muscle is your fat burning machinery, fat burns within muscle. In our exercise programs, we will use a variety of methods to progressively challenge your muscles by forcing them to do more work than they are accustomed to doing, this is called the Overload Principle. In order to maximize your sessions, JMJ FITNESS will utilize compound multi-joint exercises, which are exercises that use multiple body parts within the 1 exercise.
